Readiness includes database_status ready or unavailable. Driver errors and credentials are withheld. Health is process liveness, not database acceptance. FastAPI exposes no SQL or lifecycle mutation endpoints. The separate authenticated VM operator service implements console operations under /setup-api/console/; see the console contract. Interactive /docs and /openapi.json are available only in development/test. Human documentation is at /admin/doc/ in the deployed static UI.
